My counselling practice is based in Dorking, Surrey and is within walking distance of Dorking town centre.
Counselling is a very personal process and everyone’s journey is individual.
It's my aim to provide you with that unique and personal framework in which we may work together to enable you to discover and move into your chosen way onward.
I have experience in supporting clients through various difficulties, for example: low self-esteem, anger, bereavement, illness, life changes, family relationships, depression, caring and being cared for.
As a Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I provide confidential ethical counselling and therapy in a safe environment. My clients say this sense of safety helps them feel more enabled to explore their lives. In turn, this helps them feel more empowered and positive about life, and able to make choices about how to move ahead.

As well as my therapy practice in Dorking, which is within easy reach of Epsom, Reigate, Redhill and Guildford, I have also worked for an agency as a counsellor for young people, have had a number of years counselling experience with Carers Support Services in Crawley and Horsham and am a Tutor on a counselling skills course.
