Welcome to my website.

My counselling practice is based in Dorking, Surrey and is within walking distance of Dorking town centre.

As a Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I provide confidential ethical counselling and therapy in a safe environment. My clients say this sense of safety helps them feel more enabled to explore their lives. In turn, this helps them feel more empowered and positive about life, and able to make choices about how to move ahead.

I have experience in supporting clients through various difficulties, for example: low self-esteem, anger, bereavement, illness, life changes, family relationships, depression, caring and being cared for.

As well as my therapy practice in Dorking, which is within easy reach of Epsom, Reigate, Redhill and Guildford, I also work as a counsellor for Carers Support Services in Crawley and Horsham.
